Day 1 Part 1 Welcome to the Lake

 6am and ready to go!

Our trip took 6 hours and 15 minutes.  It included a few naps, a viewing of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (Meg is with us), and some live entertainment by Meg.  She was wearing her headphones and singing for the boys.  She is NOT a contender for American Idol:)

We arrived!

 I went upstairs to sunscreen Meg and came back down.  The boys were in the lake and had begun a game of Can Jam between the raft and the dock!

 Meggie is the mascot.  She enjoyed time in her “pool” (the hot tub)

and saying “hello” to the neighbors.

 Yes, the boys appear to be having a good first afternoon!  As I sit here trying to post, Grandma and Grandpa are preparing a BBQ and the boys are swimming in the lake.
